1. Purpose and authorized use
BLE Developer Console is provided by Alkesh Jethva, an independent developer operating under the Jethva brand. It is a development, testing, diagnostic, and educational utility—not a safety-critical system. Use it only with devices you own or are explicitly authorized to test.
You must not access devices without authorization, circumvent security, disrupt systems, transmit malicious content, or violate applicable law.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for configured UUIDs, enabled permissions, connected devices, sent payloads, received information, and testing commands before use with production hardware.
3. Compatibility and delivery
BLE behavior varies across hardware, operating systems, firmware, background policies, MTU, connection intervals, and radio conditions. Compatibility, continuous connectivity, delivery, background operation, or recovery cannot be guaranteed.
4. Intellectual property and third parties
The app, interface, branding, documentation, and site content are owned by or licensed to Jethva. Third-party hardware, firmware, apps, operating systems, and stores are governed by their respective owners.
5. Updates and availability
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. Updates may alter permissions, minimum OS versions, compatibility, or behavior.
6. Warranties and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, compatibility, fitness, accuracy, or non-infringement.
Jethva is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from data loss, device malfunction, incorrect payloads, interrupted connections, unauthorized access, or third-party incompatibility where liability may legally be limited.
7. Termination and governing law
You may stop using the app by uninstalling it. These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the State of Gujarat. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Junagadh, Gujarat, India will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
